First time to use ParcelABC and I can say I’m satisfied with the service. Sent a few pairs of shoes from PH to UK as a gift exchange with a friend and he received the package in just 5 days without any damage and trouble. There was just a slight mishap at the beginning (miscommunication on the side of the carrier regarding the collection of the package from my house) but everything went well in the end. More power to you, ParcelABC! Please continue to provide excellent service to your customers.

Booked online to return a rug picked a day and time window suitable for me, printed off labels. Nice polite friendly man turns up on time and the rug is away. BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! Amazing service. I had excellently left my camera in my hotel bedroom in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Received excellent service from my hotel who helped with arrangements in getting my camera back to Northern Ireland. ParcelABC took over, it left Vietnam on Saturday, and I received it at home on Wednesday morning. I was able to track my package the whole way home! Thank you.

Excellent service provided by ParcelABC. They have an easy to use website that provides accurate and concise information allowing the user to make a quick and informed decision of which postal options to use. My order was processed via UPS who attended on-time, they even phoned first to let me know when they would arrive. My parcel was delivered within the stated timeframe and received in excellent condition. The cost of shipping was very competitive compared to domestic postal service.

Excellent service. They did not pick up my package on the original date but rescheduled with no problem. The delivery was incredibly fast which for a package to the Philippines is very rare! Less than a week. I have never had a delivery in less than 2½ weeks with other companies or the post office. I will only ship with Parcel ABC in the future!!!

Mi envío era internacional, a Francia desde un pueblo pequeño del sur de España. Las dimensiones eran del paquete eran bastante grandes y aún así me costó más barato de lo que pensaba y sin comparación con otras empresas consultadas. En todo momento me informaron de dónde estaba el paquete y llegó sin ningún problema. Sin duda volvería a usar esta compañía para otros envíos.
